Order of registration

Customer should has passport (for natural persons) or proxy for registration of mutual relations with
Provider and full requisites of organization (for representatives of legal entities) and also seal of organization and certificate on registration of tax inspection.

Registration of Customer is available from 10.00 up to 18.00 in the office of Provider by address: 77/4, M. Fizuli str., Baku Customer should appeal to Provider and declare about desire to be registrated.

Customer should deliver the needed document for registration and information about supposed name of user (login name) to Provider's registration service representative.
Besides, Customer should pay initial fee in amount of 240 000 manat for persons paying VAT and 200 000 manat for persons free from tax. Persons free from VAT should deliver document on release.

After signing of agreement by both sides, and realization of payment, Customer will has access to Internet through the chosen login name. Representative of registration service should confirm the uniqueness of login name chosen by Customer, deliver the registration card to Customer, where login name, password and E-mail address of user are registrated.

Customer should control the condition of Account and realize paymants timely. At the beginning of each month Customer will receive bill by fax, by special delivary, or by E-mail, where the amount of payment will be shown. This amount contains prepayment for new month, extra payment (if any) for last month, and VAT for persons non-released from tax. Payment should be realized during 14 days begin from date of delivery of bill. On the expiry of noted time period Provider sends warning to subscriber by E-mail, that Customer is indebted. If during 2 days the payment will not be realized, Customer should be detached from Internet network up to redemption of a debt.

Payment is done both in cash or by money transfer to the settlement account of Provider. All requisites of Provider are noted in the bill.
